4个木百合品系茎段离体繁殖生根技术研究

摘要 木百合Leucadendron是优良的切花及园林绿化植物。通过利用不同IBA浓度、生根基质及培养环境对木百合茎段离体培养产生的芽苗进行生根培养,结果表明:采用3g/L IBA浸蘸处理木百合茎段离体诱导的芽苗,插于混合基质(珍珠岩:细沙:泥炭土=3:2:1)中培养,根的诱导和生长效果优于琼脂MS+IBA2mg/L培养基;在光照强度和温度均变化的温室环境比恒温培养室更利于根的增殖。 Leucadendron is a good resource of cut-flower and landscape plant. Different methods have been carried to induce roots by using different IBA concentration, medium formula and culture environment. The result shows that it has great effects on root induction of shoots by transferred them into mixture medium (perlite:sand:peat soil=3:2:1) after dipping the shoots in IBA3g/L. The ratio of rooting under that process is superior to the ratio in MS+IBA 2mg/L. The environment in greenhouse with periodic variation of light and temperature provides a better condition for rooting than in culture rooms with stable light and temperature.
