乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 据报道,乳腺癌已占女性新发恶性肿瘤30%,如何有效治疗乳腺癌受到了医学界的广泛关注[1-4]。虽然放化疗、内分泌治疗和生物治疗都有一定的效果,但手术仍是乳腺癌的主要治疗手断。自Hasteld创建乳腺癌根治术以来,乳腺癌的外科治疗已经历了100多年,但无论是扩大根治术、传统根治术、改良根治术,还是保留乳房手术,腋窝淋巴结清扫（ALND）的重要性一直没有改变。然而,ALND又是引起术后伤口感染、皮肤感觉异常、臂丛神经损伤、
