丝绸之路经济带区域物流能力与经济协调发展评价

Review of Coordinated Development between Logistics and the Economy in the Silk Road Economic Belt

为探析丝绸之路经济带区域物流能力与经济协调发展之间的关系,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对丝绸之路经济带区域物流能力指标与经济发展指标投入产出的DEA有效性进行分析。结果显示,丝绸之路经济带区域物流业发展相对滞后于地区经济发展;丝绸之路经济带区域之间的经济、物流能力发展情况不均衡。最后,从政府政策、人才培养、物流产业转型等方面提出丝绸之路经济带区域物流能力与经济协调发展的建议。

In order to find out the relationship between the Silk Road Economic Belt regional logistics capability and the coordinated development of the economy, this paper analyses the DEA efficiercy about the input of logistics capability and output of economic development according to data envelopment analysis （DEA）. The result shows that： on one hand, the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt logistics industry has lagged behind the economic development in the region, on the other hand, the regional economy and logistics capacity development in the Silk Road Economic Belt are not balanced. Finally, the paper puts forward some improvement proposals from the three aspects of the transition of government policy, personnel training, and logistics industry.
