Treatment Analysis of Train Occupancy Loss of Railway Automatic Block Section

列车占用丢失是威胁我国铁路运输安全的因素之一,列车占用丢失处置迫切需要进一步研究与强化。分别从TDCS/CTC列车占用丢失报警、自动闭塞区间列车占用丢失逻辑检查与处理2个层面阐述现阶段列车占用丢失检测与处置方法,结合列车占用丢失情况下的行车组织措施,从做好列车占用丢失报警的统计分析工作、完善列车占用丢失报警下的行车组织措施和规章制度、加强区间逻辑检查功能的运用和管理3个方面提出加强列车占用丢失处置工作的建议,为保证铁路运输安全提供更多参考。

The loss of train occupancy is one of the factors that threaten the safety of railway transportation in China, and it needs to be further studied urgently. In order to ensure the train operation safety of China railway, this paper analyzes the train occupancy loss alarm in TDCS/ CTC System and the logic check on train occupancy in sections with automatic block. In order to strengthen the treatment of train occupancy loss, we suggest that it is necessary to complete the statistic analysis in train occupancy loss alarm, perfect the traffic organization measures and regulations, and enhance the application and management of the logic check on train occupancy in sections.
