摘要
为推动铁路客运的持续发展,从客运量和旅客服务质量2个方面阐述我国"十二五"期间铁路客运改革取得的成效,针对铁路改革面临的客运需求、客流结构、客流成分和分布、客运服务质量等新形势和新要求,提出铁路客运改革的新思路,即推进列车开行市场化和集约化、售票组织精细化和服务便捷化、客运服务规范化。以创建温馨服务模式为重点,不断深化铁路客运改革,促进铁路可持续发展。
In order to promote the sustainable development of railway passenger transport, this paper describes the achievements of railway passenger transport reform in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period from aspects of passenger capacity and passenger service quality. According to the new situation and requirements including passenger demand, passenger flow structure, passenger flow composition and distribution, passenger service quality, this paper puts forward the new thought of railway passenger transport reform, including promoting the train operation mercerization and.intensification, streamlining the ticketing organization and service, and promoting passenger service standardization. It is suggested to create a warm service model as the focus, to deepen the reform of railway passenger transport, and finally to further promote the sustainable development of railway passenger transport.
