摘要
雷达探测目标时所发射的基本都是脉冲调制信号,其相位噪声是决定雷达探测距离、目标分辨率、抗干扰度等性能的关键指标,因此,脉冲调制信号相位噪声测量具有重要意义。文章根据脉冲调制信号的频谱特性,以PN9000相位噪声测试系统为例,运用脉冲调制信号相位噪声测试原理,解决了测试中遇到的问题,给出了实际测试结果。并希望通过对测试结果进行的分析,能够为相关人员及相关工作提供借鉴。
Pulse modulation signals are basically emitted by radar during target detection. The phase noise of pulse modulation signal is a key performance in determining radar detection range, target resolution and anti - jamming, so the pulse modulation signal phase noise measurement is of great significance. According to spec- trum characteristics of pulse modulation signal, and then taking PN9000 phase noise measurement system for ex- ample, we use the phase noise measurement principle of pulse modulation signal to solve the problem in test and show the real test pattern. Analyses of the test results are given in order to help the related personnel.
