摘要
为了探究料浆凝结时间对高硫尾砂胶结充填体强度的影响,在尾砂硫含量为25%的基础上,通过添加外加剂改变料浆凝结时间进行室内配比实验,进而采用Origin软件对实验结果进行拟合分析,借助电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对高硫充填体内部微结构进行观测,研究了不同凝结时间条件下的高硫充填体抗压强度变化规律。结果表明:在适宜的凝结时间范围内,凝结时间与高硫充填体不同龄期强度存在对应的函数关系。对比空白组,当凝结时间缩短15.49%时,早期强度提高136.17%,但后期强度损失19.63%;当凝结时间延长9.8%时,后期强度增长40.48%,且后期强度增长模式近似指数型。抑制高硫充填体后期强度损失弱化的实质在于保证内部微结构的均匀完整性。
To explore the relationship between slurry setting time and compressive strength of high-sulphur backfill,an laboratory experiment was carried out,on the basis of tailing's sulfur content is 25%.The experimental data was analyzed by Origin mathematical software,and the internal microstructure of high-sulphur backfill was observed through SEM.The change law of high-sulphur's compressive strength in the different condition of slurry setting time was studied.The results show that there is a function relationship between the slurry setting time with different age's compressive strength of high-sulphur,which bases on the reasonable range of setting time.When the setting time shortened by 15.49%,the early strength increased by 136.17%,but the long-term strength decreased by 19.63%.On the contrary,when the setting time extended by 9.8%,the long-term strength increased by 40.48%,and the long-term strength's growth pattern was similar to index type.The essence of reducing lost of high-sulphur's long-term strength is to ensure the uniformity of the microstructure.The research results of this paper can provide reference for high-sulphur mine's filling work.
