半野化条件下华南虎繁殖行为研究

Study on Breeding Behavior of South China Tiger under the Condition of Semi-natural

2010年1月—2011年12月期间,对韶关市华南虎（Panthera tigris amoyensis）繁育基地谱系号为387号（雌虎）和373号（雄虎）的两只华南虎采取视频监控和现场观察方法,进行繁殖行为研究。研究发现,华南虎在半野化模式饲养条件下,生长发育较快,雌雄华南虎分别在2.3岁和2.8岁开始发情;雌虎除怀孕期和哺乳期外,平均年发情4.5次,雄虎平均年发情10次;雌雄华南虎一年四季均有发情,每年7月和11月为发情高峰期。雌虎在2010年10月21日—2011年10月2日期间,共产崽3次,产前3 d预产行为明显,怀孕期为100~102 d。

During January 2010 to December 2011, we carried out some breeding behavior researches on the pedigree south China tiger in the breeding base of Shaoguan. Through the methods of video surveillance and field observation, the research was done on the couple tigers（No.387 female and No.373 male）. Our study found that the south China tiger grow faster under the condition of semi-natural feeding; the female and male south China tiger begins their estrus at 2.3 and 2.8 years old respectively; expect the period of pregnancy and lactation, the female tigers have average 4.5 times estrus annual, as for male tigers, 10 times. Both of them will estrus throughout the year and in July and November reach the peak. The female tiger conceived 3 times during the period 21 st October 2010 and 2nd October 2011, and the behavior was obvious 3 days in advance, the period of pregnancy lasted 100—102 days.
