澳大利亚葡萄酒旅游业SWOT分析 被引量:8

摘要 葡萄酒旅游业作为澳大利亚的支柱产业之一,依托著名的葡萄种植基地,打造酒庄参观、品尝美酒、节庆活动、度假休闲、整合周边资源的特色旅游产品,在政策扶持和国家人才培养中发展壮大,但同时存在专业经验缺乏、配套服务设施不健全、行业统计信息不足等自身问题以及国内其他旅游产业和国际同行的挑战。中国的葡萄酒旅游业起步晚,却发展迅速,形成与澳大利亚相似的发展模式,但面临宣传不足、产品单一,缺乏经验与人才等问题。因此,通过借鉴澳大利亚的经验和教训,中国葡萄酒旅游业应整合资源,开发特色产品,加大产业扶持和人才培养。 Wine tourism has been one of pillar industries in Australia.Based on famous grape planting bases,the featured tourism product is generated by wineries visit,wine taste,festival activities,leisure,surrounding resource integration and the sector is developing supported by policies and personnel training.However,there exist professional experience shortage,imperfect service facilities,industry information shortage and challenge of domestic other tourism sectors and international same trade.Wine tourism in China startes late but develops fast and results in the similar development mode as Australia.However,it faces with lack announcement,simple product,lack of experience and talents.Therefore,wine tourism supported by government should integrate resource around to develop unique services and train personnel according to Australian experiences
