重症监护室临床药师在重症病人静脉液体管理中的药学服务

Pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in fluid management of critical patients in ICU

目的:探讨临床药师在重症病人静脉液体管理中的作用。方法:由于重症病人的静脉输液涉及诸多药学问题,如液体类型、给药方式、配伍稳定性和给药速度等。药师根据病人情况和药物性质,配合医师制订合理的药物治疗方案。结果和结论:临床药师参与重症病人静脉输液方案的制订可以进一步提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in fluid management of critically ill patients. Methods：Many pharmaceutical problems were involved in fluid management of critically ill patients, for instance, properties and volumes of fluid, route of administration,compatible stability and rate of administration. In accordance with the patients＇ conditions and properties of drugs, clinical pharmacists could help physicians to develop optimized treatment regimens. Results and Conclusion： Clinical pharmaeiat involvement in the development of venous fluid protocols for critical patients could further improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
