基于虚拟样机的机枪结构参数对射击精度的影响研究

摘要 利用Pro/E和ADAMS建立了某型通用机枪的虚拟样机模型并进行了校验;通过仿真的手段得到机枪各结构参数以及边界条件对机枪射击精度的影响规律,提出提高机枪射击精度的改进措施;通过实物样机对仿真结果进行了验证;为提高机枪射击精度方面的研究提供了新的思路和方法。 Virtual prototypes of the dual-purpose machine gun were established by means of Pro / E and ADAMS and its effectiveness was verified. The influences of the structure parameters and the boundary condition on firing stability were obtained by simulation. Some suggestions used for improving firing accurracy were given. The simulation results were verified by physical prototype. The research of this paper provides new idea and method for research on improving firing accuracy of machine gun.
