摘要
为解决红外诱饵近红外强度高,中波红外强度低的缺点,根据物质红外辐射率与波段、温度的关系,选择合适的添加剂制作诱饵药柱,采用SR-5000N红外光谱辐射计对诱饵药柱燃烧火焰的红外光谱进行了测试。光谱分析表明,添加剂既会影响峰值强度,也会影响峰形,但峰值强度比与区间强度比并非一致。试验结果表明,采用高温下中波辐射率高,短波辐射率低的添加剂,可有效提高中波红外输出而抑制短波输出。
To resolve the infrared decoy shortcoming of high output of near wave band and low output of medial wave band,based on the relation of radiation ratio with wave and temperature,additives were chose to adjust the spectra output of decoy flare. Decoy pellets were made with additive. Infrared spectra of decoy pellet flames were tested by SR-5000 N infrared radiometer. Spectrum show that additives can change peak strength and peak form,but the ratios of peak strength are not in accordance with section strength.The results reveal that additives with high emissivity at medial wave band and low emissivity at near wave band can effectively increase output of medial wave band but restrain output of near wave band.
