摘要
通过改变高温加热炉的炉膛、炉瓦和电热元件的形状、尺寸、规格及电热元件的布置方式和高温加热炉的供电方式,增加了高温加热炉的均热带,提高了高温加热炉的热效率和热稳定性能,最高加热温度达到了1200℃,高温加热炉的使用寿命也增加了。
In an effort to improve the high temperature heating furnace of creep and stress rupture testing machine,the shape,size and specification of furnace chamber,furnace tile and the resistance heating element as well as the arrangement mode of the resistance heating element and the power supplying mode of the furnace are modified,whereby the uniform temperature region of the furnace is widened,so that the heating efficacy and the thermal stability of the furnace are optimized,the upper limit temperature thereof can reach 1200℃,and the service life of the heating furnace is also prolonged.
