摘要
飞机机身气密舱充压试验中,一般采用单通道控制单充气台的方式进行充压。但对于大容积,这种充压方式难以满足试验控制精度。为此,提出一种在原有充压控制的基础上,并接一个充气台进行充压的方法,同时设计了一套新的放气装置。本文对原有充压方法和新方法进行了试验对比。试验结果说明,原充气方式由于充压流量较小难以满足试验要求,而新方法满足了试验的流量需求,试验精度得到了有效控制。该方法充分地利用了现有充压设备,降低了试验成本和风险。
A charge method of single channel and single inflator is widely used in air pressure test for airtight cabin of fuselage. But it is difficult to control accuracy for large volume aircraft structure. To solve the problem,a charge method of single channel and double inflators is developed,and the defilation setup is designed. The paper contains experimental study on two methods. The results of the study show that the new method is effective. The new method uses current charge device to decrease test cost and risk.
