经阴道超声结合腹部加压诊断未破裂型宫外孕价值

Value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with manual epigastric compression to the diagnosis of unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声结合腹部加压法在诊断未破裂型宫外孕中的价值。方法 35例宫外孕患者行超声检查,对双侧附件显示不清晰者,分别在左、右腹部加压后进行扫查,与临床及手术结果进行对照,计算经阴道超声、经阴道超声结合腹部加压诊断未破裂型宫外孕的准确率,并进行比较分析。结果经阴道超声诊断未破裂型宫外孕的准确率(60.0%)明显低于经阴道超声结合腹部加压诊断未破裂型宫外孕的准确率(97.1%)(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声结合腹部加压可提高未破裂型宫外孕的诊断准确率。

Objective To explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound （TCDU） combined with manual epigastric compression （MEC） to the diagnosis of unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy. Methods Thirty-five patients with unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy underwent ultrasonography. For those with unclear displaying of bilateral annex, MEC was adopted at both left and right abdom. The results were compared with the clinical data and surgical results. The diagnostic accuracies of TCDU and TCDU＋ MEC were calculated and compared. Results The coincidence rate of TCDU （60.0%） was significantly lower than that of TCDU ＋ MEC （97.1%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCDU combined with MEC can improve the diagnostic accuracy for unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy.
