摘要
利用Fluent软件,采用RSM湍流模型和Mixture多相流模型,对一种新型的三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行模拟研究。通过对旋流器内部压力场、密度场和速度场分布情况的研究,从理论上分析该新型旋流器实现矿物分选的可能性。模拟结果表明,该新型三产品重介质旋流器的流场分布符合传统旋流器的分布规律,能够实现矿物的有效分选。
The flow field of a new three-product heavy-medium cyclone is simulated by using the Fluent software and RSM turbulence model and Mixture muhiphase flow model. By researching the pressure field, the density field and the velocity field inside the cyclone, the possibility of mineral separation is analyzed in theory. The simulation re- suhs show that the flow field distribution of the new three-product cyclone is consistent with the traditional cyclone dis- tribution law, and it can effectively separate minerals.
