摘要
阐述了煤炭气化的主要原理及目前国内主流气化工艺主要特点和工艺参数,分析了煤炭气化煤种的适用性以及煤种适应性、原料煤粒度与生产效率之间的关系。并运用国内外科研院所及成熟企业运行数据,对同种气化工艺不同炉型的煤气产率和构成进行分析,对不同煤种不同气化工艺的有效产出成分进行对比,得出同一气化炉不同煤种煤气产出成分及产率的特点,同一煤种不同气化工艺煤气产出成分及产率的特点,同一煤种、同一气化工艺、不同气化炉型煤气产出成分及产率的特点,可对不同煤种选择适用的气化工艺提供参考。
This paper introduces the main principle of coal gasification, the major characteristics and process parameters of domestic mainstream gasification technology currently. Coal applicability in coal gasification, and the relationship among the coal adaptability, the powder size of raw materials and the production efficie lyzed. Data from domestic and foreign research institutions and mature enterprise are used to analyze tion rate and composition of same gasification process and different gasifiers, and the effective corn different coals and different gasification process.
