焦化产业的发展出路与方向探讨

Discussion on the Development Way and Direction of Coking Industry

随着焦化产业的亏损面日益加大,在去产能的大背景下,产业出路与发展方向亟待思考。本文通过对焦化产业现状进行分析,从焦化产品焦炭、粗苯、焦油、焦炉煤气等方面,探讨了焦化产业各产品的发展路径,提出了目前焦化产业发展存在的一些问题与对策,探讨了焦化产业未来发展方向,指出规模焦化企业应建立煤-焦-钢联营模式并联合石化开发下游,保证盈利预期;难以形成煤-焦-钢模式的规模焦化企业需要积极转产,保生存,求发展;非规模焦化企业发展道路狭窄,要么创新逐步转产,要么接受淘汰。

With the loss increasing of coking industry, in the macroeconomic background of de-capacity, the way out of the industry and the direction of development need to be seriously considered. The paper focused the cur- rent coking industry, analyzed the coking industry product development path with coke products namely coke, crude benzene, tar, coke gas, and summarized related difficulties and countermeasures for the coking industry development. Also the paper discussed future development direction, for enterprises above designated size should establish the coal- coke-steel joint production mode with downstream petrochemicals industry together to gain profitability; for enterprises difficult to form the scale of coal-coke-steel mode should actively turn to new industry for survival ; for small and medi- um sized coking enterprises, they have a very hard way to go in the near future, either innovation for newborn or going to dying.
