摘要 目的为患者提供规范的营养专科护理,提高整体护理质量水平。方法建立营养专科护士人才培养制度,完善和实现专科护士的准入及管理,落实岗位职责,制定工作流程、质量标准及考核方法,探索与建立相应的技术标准。结果历经18年的营养专科护士培训,营养护理服务质量、营养护理筛查、患者满意率及医院基本膳食落实情况与治疗饮食依从性均逐年上升,患者常见胃肠道并发症发生率均持续降低。结论营养专科护士的建立提高了临床营养护理质量和整体护理水平,值得推广和应用。 Objective To provide the patients with standardized nutrition specialist care and improve the overall quality of care.Methods We have established a nutrition specialist nurse personnel-training system including improvement and realization of ac-cess and management of specialized nurses,implementation of job duties,development of procedure,quality standards,and evaluation methods,as well as establishment of corresponding technical standards.Results After 18 years of training,the quality of patient's nutri-tion nursing service,the screen of nutrition care,the patients'dietary satisfaction rate,the hospital basic dietary implementation and the dietary treatment compliance were continuously improved.Meanwhile,the incidence of common gastrointestinal complications was con-tinuously reduced.Conclusion The establishment of nutrition specialist nurses improves the quality of clinical nutrition and the overall level of nursing.It is worth of popularization and application.
