摘要 高尔基蛋白73(Golgi protein 73,GP73)是目前新型肿瘤标志物的研究热点之一并在多种肿瘤疾病中表达。GP73单独或联合现有肿瘤标记物对肿瘤疾病具有重要的诊断价值,在不同肿瘤组织或血清中GP73的表达水平具有差异性,且对不同肿瘤疾病的诊断价值也不尽相同。近年来研究认为GP73在原发性肝癌中的诊断价值高于其他肿瘤,同时其表达调控的研究在肿瘤靶向治疗方面也具有广阔的前景。现就GP73在相关恶性肿瘤表达的临床意义和调控机制的研究进展做一综述。
