肺部肿瘤治疗电场的新进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤治疗电场(tumor treating fields,TTFields)是基于特定的低强度中频电场(100~300 kHz),通过扰乱纺锤体微管排列和干扰细胞胞质分裂来阻止有丝分裂,进而导致细胞死亡,且毒副作用小。其于2011年经美国FDA批准,用于治疗复发性多形性胶质母细胞瘤,并通过了CE的批准,用于IIIB期肺癌的治疗。但其可能的作用机制尚未完全明了。文章对TTFields最新研究进展进行综述,以促进对TTFields的了解。
