Research on the Reconstruction of Urban and Rural Logistic Networks in the Era of Big Data

正确认识城乡物流网络的新经济载体作用,对破除我国城乡二元结构、实现城乡一体化发展、促进城乡包容性增长具有非常重要的意义。从实体经济视角看,城乡物流网络的战略价值在于,推进城市社会资源与农村自然资源的交互激活,实现资源配置方式创新;保障农村原生产品流通溯源,实现生鲜流通方式创新;契合物流集散地与城镇所在地社区建设,实现农村城镇化建设路径创新。而发展城乡物流网络的原则和思路是利用大数据共享式重构,倡导建立县、乡镇、村三级物流网点,重点按照新经济流向选择乡、村物流集散地和服务点并优化运输配送网络,实现平台信息共享及资源渠道整合;补齐渠道下沉短板,共享条、块物流节点和线路存量资源,适应现有乡村配送密度和农产品进城贸易体量;由相对有影响力的市场主体去主导构建城乡物流网络,将不同渠道分散的物流需求统筹起来,以降低供给成本。

Accurately understanding the carrier role of urban and rural logistic networks in new economy is of great significance for getting rid of China＇ s dual structure, realizing the integrated development of both rural and urban areas, and promoting the inclusive growth in both rural and urban areas. From the aspect of real economy, the strategic value of urban and rural logistic networks is： first, to promote the interaction of urban social resources and rural natural resource and realize innovation in resources distribution pattern; second, to guarantee the circulation traceability of original rural products and realize innovation in circulation pattern of fresh products; and third, to promote the corresponding construction of logistic distribution center and related communities and realize path innovation in rural urbanization. The principle and way of thinking in developing urban and rural logistic networks is to realize ＂sharing＂ building with the help of big data, establish logistic networks from three different levels, share different resources of nodes and routes, make powerful main players to lead the construction of urban and rural logistic networks, as so on.
