摘要
盐酸安非他酮为一种抗抑郁药物。以间氯苯基乙酮为原料,经溴代,N-烃基化反应得盐酸安非他酮。在溴化反应中采用新型溴试剂,避免了直接溴代,溴代产率提高至85%。在N-烃基化反应中使用聚乙二醇作相转移剂,得到高产率产物,结构经IR,HNMR和元素分析确证。
Bupropion Hydrochloride is a kind of antidepressant drugs. The raw material phenyl ethyl ketone was prepared by the bromination and N-alkylation reaction. In the reaction of bromine,the new bromine reagent was used to avoid direct bromine,and the yield was increased to 85%. The polyethylene glycol was used as phase transfer agent in N-alkylation reaction. The structure was confirmed by IR,HNMR and element analysis.
