摘要
介绍了以道路沥青为原料,通过熔融沥青与萘(质量比10:1)的混合物得到调制沥青,使沥青的软化点降至80.4℃。采用悬浮法通过控制制备阶段搅拌速率、恒温时间等因素优化了制备沥青球的条件,为研究油砂的溶解动力学提供了物理模型。结果表明恒温40min搅拌速率1200r/min为最佳工艺条件,所制备的沥青球平均粒径为1323μm。
Method of bitumen sphere preparation was introduced where road asphalts were used as material. In this work naphthalene was introduced into road asphalts; after the mixture heated modified bitumen was achieved. Modified bitumen has a lower softening point which is 80. 4 degree. Bitumen sphere was made through suspension method,which was regarded as physical model to research oil-sands solvent kinetics. Agitating velocity and thermostatic time were controlled to preparation bitumen sphere whose particle size uniform. The result of experiment shows that average grain size of bitumen sphere is 1323μm,constant temperature 40 min and agitating velocity 1200 r/min is the best technological conditions.
