摘要
以农业废弃物稻壳为原料,以碘吸附值为指标,采用微波辅助ZnCl_2活化法制备性能优良的活性炭。系统考察了微波功率、活化时间、ZnCl_2浓度等因素对指标的影响。通过正交试验优化了稻壳制备活性炭的工艺条件。结果表明,在微波功率450W、活化时间为12min、ZnCl_2浓度为25%时,所制备稻壳活性炭的碘吸附值最大,活性炭吸附性能最好。
The rice husk as raw material,iodine adsorption value as the index,by using the microwave radiation,the kind activated carbon was prepared activated by ZnCl_2. The effects of microwave power,activation time,ZnCl_2 concentration and other factors on the index were investigated. The process conditions of preparing activated carbon from rice husk were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when the microwave power was 450 W,the activation time was 12 min,the concentration of ZnCl_2 was 25%,the iodine adsorption value of rice husk activated carbon was the largest,the performance of activated carbon was the best.
