一个烯虫酯微乳剂的配制方案研究

Study on Formulation of a Methoprene Microemultion

通过正交试验对4.1%烯虫酯微乳剂的配制进行摸索,经过实验找到了合适的配制方案。实验表明,以50%烯虫酯,600#乳化剂与500#号乳化剂比例1/1,且烯虫酯溶液与乳化剂甲醇混合溶液按5/10进行配制效果理想。

The orthognal design was used to obtain the best formulation condition of methoprene microemulsion. The experiment indicated that best formulation of methoprene microemulsion,the content of methoprene was 50%,the agricultural emusifer No.600 and agricultural emusifer No. 500 composed at the mass radio of 1： 1,and the solution of methoprene and the solution of emulsifier in alcohol composed at the mass radio of 5： 10.
