摘要
对固定室式橡胶带式滤机(DU橡胶带式滤机)在Y型分子筛生产过程中的交换液流量、真空度、水洗水条件等各项操作参数进行了理论分析和优化。经过优化后,DU橡胶带式滤机用于Y型分子筛的生产获得了较大的成功,获得了较好的经济效益。
The theoretical analysis and optimization of the operating parameters,such as the exchange liquid flow rate,the vacuum degree,and the water washing condition of the fixed room type rubber belt filter(DU rubber belt filter) in the process of Y molecular sieve production,are analyzed and optimized. After optimization,the DU rubber belt filter used in the production of molecular sieve obtained a greater success and better economic benefits.
