摘要
化工企业对DCS控制等技能型人才的需求越来越多,要求越来越高,中职学校DCS仿真培训前景广阔。仿真技术引入中职学校的实习教学,能使理论和实践有效的衔接,打破了传统的实习教学模式。本文在教学实践的基础上,分析了仿真系统自身的局限性及仿真教学中存在的缺陷并提出改进方案。理论教学,仿真教学和实践教学交互进行,才能实现仿真向真实的转变。
The requirement of the chemical industry enterprise to DCS control and other technical personnel is more and more,the demand is higher and higher,DCS simulation training prospect of the secondary vocational school is broad. The simulation technology is introduced into the practice teaching of secondary vocational school,which can make the theory and practice effective connection,breaking the traditional practice teaching mode. On the basis of teaching practice,this paper analyzes the limitations of the simulation system and the shortcomings of the simulation teaching,and puts forward the improvement plan.Theory teaching,simulation teaching and practice teaching interaction,can realize the simulation to the real change.
