摘要
考察了含铬污泥的氧化方法。采用硫酸溶液将污泥中的三价铬浸出后,在碱性条件下,以过氧化氢为氧化剂将浸出液中的三价铬氧化成六价铬。当过氧化氢计量比为3.9,反应pH值为11.0,反应温度为50℃时,三价铬氧化率可以达到96.5%。该方法用于污泥处理可实现铬铁的分离和铬的回收利用。
Oxidation process of chromium in chromium sludge was investigated. By using sulfuric acid solution,Cr(Ⅲ) was extracted from sludge. In basic conditions,using hydrogen peroxide as oxidizing agent,Cr(Ⅲ) was oxidized to Cr(Ⅵ). When the ratio of hydrogen peroxide is 3. 9,pH is 11. 0,the reaction temperature is 50℃,the rate of Cr(Ⅵ) oxidation could reach96. 5%. The method can be used for separate chromium and iron and the recovery and utilization of chromium in sludge treatment.
