摘要 近年来,随着脂肪肝病患者的增多,对低密度脂蛋白受体家族的研究也逐步深入,其中极低密度脂蛋白受体(VLDLR)已逐渐成为医学、生理学与分子生物学等学科的研究热点,特别是肝脏VLDLR过表达诱导高脂饮食小鼠和长期饮酒小鼠肝脏脂肪变性。现已发现多种核受体和转录因子参与VLDLR表达的调控、转录后调控。因此,探讨引起VLDLR在肝脏和脂肪组织差异性表达的相关机制对于治疗脂肪肝病具有深远意义。 In recent years, with the increase in fatty liver disease, research on low density lipoprotein receptor family also gradually in-depth, among which very low density lipoprotein receptor(VLDLR) research has gradually become a hot research spot in physiology, molecular biology and other disciplines of medicine, especially hepatic steatosis induced by hepatic VLDLR overexpression in high-fat diet fed mice and chronic alcohol intaking mice. It has been found that many nuclear receptors and transcription factors are involved in the regulation, post transcriptional regulation of VLDLR expression. Therefore, it has profound significance to explore the mechanism of differential expression of VLDLR in the liver and adipose tissue for the treatment of fatty liver disease.
