乳腺癌在世界范围内已成为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。乳腺癌的发病机制复杂,多为体内、外因素共同作用的结果。乳腺密度是与乳腺癌风险关系最为密切的因素之一,其相关研究为乳腺癌的发病机制开辟了一个新的研究空间。乳腺密度可经影像检查技术进行评估和判断,而乳腺实质影像检查分型已越来越多地与一种或多种已知的乳腺癌危险因素相关联,可提示女性罹患乳腺癌风险。

Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in women all over the world. The pathogenesis of breast cancer is very complicated, and it is the result of internal and external factors. Breast density is one of the most closely related factors of breast cancer. The related research of breast density has opened up a new research space for the breast cancer pathogenesis. The breast density is evaluated and judged by the image obtained by the imaging technology. The classification of breast parenchymal imaging has been increasingly associated with one or more known risk factors of the breast cancer,which provides a pre- diction of breast cancer risk for women.
