在对C省采集的时间提前量(TA)数据研究的基础上,定义了一种参考指标:LTE小区关联覆盖比,提出一种依据该指标进行异常分析的方法和疑似问题小区筛选的原则,最终给出典型问题的优化解决方案和闭环管控措施。通过该方法分析小区的异常覆盖环境,可以使网络优化工作更具有针对性,提高LTE网络优化的工作效率。

Based on research of timing advance data in C province,it defines the associated coverage index,and put forward a method based on the analysis of the index and the principle of screening the suspected problem cell.Finally,it gives the solution on typical problems and control measures.Through this method,it can make the network optimization work more targeted,and can improve the efficiency of LTE network optimization.
