复发性流产患者与正常孕妇子宫动脉血流参数的比较

Comparison of Uterine Artery Blood Flow Parameters of Recurrent Abortion Patients and Normal Pregnant Women

目的比较复发性流产与正常孕妇子宫动脉血流参数。方法选择2012年7月至2014年7月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的84例孕妇为研究对象,所有患者上次怀孕均出现流产,按妊娠结局不同分为两组,其中38例患者出现复发性流产为观察组,46例患者正常妊娠者为对照组。比较两组患者的收缩末期峰值/舒张末期流速(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果随着孕周的增大,两组患者的S/D、PI、RI值均呈现逐渐降低的趋势,观察组孕15周、20周各项指标均大于对照组,两组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉血流参数中S/D、PI、RI的检测能够对有流产史患者出现复发性流产起到较好的预测作用。

Objective To compared the uterine artery blood flow parameters of patients with recurrent miscarriage and normal pregnant women. Methods Selected in Shandong Province Qingdao City Chengyag District People＇s Hospital during Jul. 2012 and Jul. 2014 84 cases of pregnant women were included in the study, all patients had last-pregnancy miscarriage, according to different pregnancy outcomes, they were divid- ed into an observation of 38 patients with recurrent miscarriage, and a control group of 46 patients with normal pregnancy. The systolic peak/diastolic velocity （ S/D）, pulsatility index（ PI）, resistance index （RI） of the two groups were compared,and pregnancy outcomes of the patients were followed up. Results With increase of gestational weeks, the S/D, PI, RI values of the two groups showed a decreasing trend, and the pregnant 15 and 20 weeks indicators of the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences between the groups, different time points, groups and different time point interaction were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The testing of uterine artery blood flow parameters S/DPIRI can well predict the recur- rent abortion of patients with abortion history.
