丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对造影剂引起肾脏损害的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠的应用是否可以有效改善造影剂给患者带来的肾损伤情况。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月在本院接受冠状动脉造影患者82例,随机均分为丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗研究组和单纯基础治疗对照组,对比分析两组患者治疗后肾功能变化情况。结果入选患者术后第1、3d呈现肾小球滤过率较低的情况,研究组患者术后第7、10d的肾小球滤过率显著高于对照组。研究组患者的尿酸水平从(287.2±23.5)μmol/L降低到(224.7±29.9)μmol/L,对照组的尿酸水平从(272.4±28.9)μmol/L降低到(265.9±21.1)μmol/L,研究组术后尿酸水平较对照组显著降低。结论在KDIGO指南指导下,适量使用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠可有效改善造影剂对患者造成的肾损伤,提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To explore whether sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate can effectively improve kidney damage caused by contrast agent or not. Methods 82 patients undergoing coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into study group (sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate treatment) and control group (basic treatment). Compared the changes of renal function of two groups after treatment. Results Glomerular filtration rate showed a decreasing trend on the postoperative first and third day in all patients, glomerular filtration rate in study group on the postoperative seventh and tenth day were significantly higher than those in control group. The level of uric acid decreased from (287.2±23.5) μmol/L to (224.7±29.9)μmol/L in study group, (272.4±28.9)μmol/L to (265.9±21.1)μmol/L in control group, the level of uric acid in study group after surgery was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Under the guidance of KDIGO guide, proper use of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate can improve kidney damage caused by contrast agent, improve the quality of life of patients.
