摘要
应用MPEC技术调控黑曲霉菌丝形态,以实现铜尾砂的高效浸出。研究了Ti SiO4微粒子浓度对黑曲霉菌丝球直径影响,及其发酵液浸出铜尾砂效果。结果表明,添加Ti SiO4微粒子对黑曲霉菌丝球直径及其发酵液浸出铜尾砂有显著影响,当Ti SiO4微粒子浓度为25 g/L时,菌丝球直径为0.65 mm,铜浸出率可达84.5%。
In order to leach copper from its mill tailings with high efficiency ,microparticle-enhanced culti-vation technology was applied to regulate the morphology of Aspergillus niger.The effects of TiSiO4 microp-article concentrations on the pellet diameter of Aspergillus niger and leaching of copper from its mill tallings by using fermentation broths of Aspergillus niger were investigated .The results demonstrated that the addition of TiSiO 4 microparticles to medium had a significant influence on the pellet diameter of Asper-gillus niger and the leaching degree of copper by using fermentation broths of A.niger.For the TiSiO4 mi-croparticles concentration of 25 g/L,the pellet diameter of Aspergillus niger is 0.65 mm and copper ex-traction reached 84.5%.
