摘要
二氧化锡(SnO_2)是一种重要的半导体气敏材料,特别是具有不同形貌的微纳结构SnO_2,由于其粒子尺寸小,比表面积大,成为广泛研究的气敏材料之一。简要介绍了SnO_2的晶体结构和传感机理,综述了近年来具有不同形貌的微纳结构SnO_2气敏传感器以及金属和金属氧化物掺杂的微纳结构SnO_2气敏传感器的研究进展,并对微纳结构SnO_2气敏传感器未来的研究方向和重点进行了展望。
Tin oxide ( SnO2 ) is a kind of important semiconductor gas sensing materials ,especially micro/nano-structure SnO 2 with different morphologies is one of the most widely studied gas sensitive materials because of the small particle size and large specific surface area .The crystal structure and the gas senso-ring mechanism of SnO 2 are simply introduced .The research progress of the micro/nano-structure SnO 2 gas sensors with different morphologies and micro /nano-structure SnO 2 gas sensors doped with metal and metal oxides are reviewed .In the end ,the future research direction and emphasis of the micro/nano-struc-ture SnO2 gas sensors are prospected .
