摘要
测定了收获期内不同品种鲜海带中岩藻多糖的含量、结构及其对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基清除能力和铁还原能力活性的变化情况。结果显示,在7月29日批次中,新奔牛物种含有最高的多糖含量,干重比达到0.69%。岩藻多糖产品中,早熟种样品多糖同时存在最高的多糖、岩藻单糖含量,分别达到51.14%和31.92%;海科1号样品多糖含有最高的硫酸基团含量,达到37.82%。与市售多糖样品相比,各品种鲜海带岩藻多糖样品均表现出良好的抗氧化能力。
The variety of structure and content of fucoidan in several species of fresh kelps was studied ,as well as its DPPH free radical scavenging capacity ,hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity and iron reduction ability.Results showed that the content of fucoidan in New Benniu species is highest and up to more than 0.69%in dry weight sample ,which were harvested in 29th July 2015.In all crude fucoidan samples ,pre-cocity sample contains the highest amount of fucoidan and fucose monosaccharide ,up to 51.14% and 31.92%respectively,as well as Haike No.1 sample contains the highest amount of sulfate groups ,up to 37.82%.The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of each type of fucoidan sample is good ,com-pared with the commercially fucoidan samples .
