护士主导的个案管理对晚期肺癌疼痛患者镇痛效果及服药依从性的影响

Influence of nurse-leading ease management on analgesia effect and medical compliance in patients with lung cancer pain

目的 研究以护士为主导的个案管理对晚期肺癌疼痛患者镇痛效果及服药依从性的影响.方法 选取2015年6至12月在本院呼吸肿瘤病区住院的68例晚期肺癌疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组34例.对实验组患者在疼痛治疗过程中实施以护士为主导的个案管理,对照组患者给予常规癌痛护理.分别于住院首日、出院当日及出院后2周对两组患者进行疼痛强度及服药依从性评价.结果 实验组患者在出院当日、出院后2周的疼痛强度评定均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组服药依从性比较差异无统计学意义.结论 实施以护士为主导的个案管理能有效提高晚期肺癌疼痛患者的镇痛效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得积极开展并推广.

Objective To study the influence of nurse-leading case management on analgesia effect and medical compliance in patients with lung cancer pain.Methods 68 patients with terminal lung cancer pain hospitalized into the respiratory carcinoma ward of our hospital from June to December,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,34 for each group.The experimental group revived nurse-leading case management,while the control group was just given conventional nursing care.Moreover,to valuate pain intensity and medical compliance,they all were assessed on the first day at hospital,the day of hospital discharge,and two weeks after discharge.Results The pain intensity was better in the experimental group than in the control group on the first day of hospital discharge and two weeks after discharge,with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）.There was no difference in medical compliance between these two groups.Conclusions Nurse-leading case management can effectively enhance analgesic effect on patients with terminal lung cancer pain and can improve their life quality,so it is worth being generalized.
