摘要急性呼吸窘迫综合征（Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome,ARDS）是由各种肺内和肺外因素所导致的急性弥漫性肺损伤、进而发展的急性呼吸衰竭,以常规吸氧和机械通气难以纠正的顽固性低氧血症为主要临床特征[1]。
