摘要
为建立丝瓜藤中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法,优选丝瓜藤中齐墩果酸的提取工艺,以齐墩果酸的得率为指标,利用正交实验优化提取工艺,并进行含量测定。所得线性方程为Y=0.0627 X-0.0287,(r=0.9979,n=6)齐墩果酸浓度与吸光度在3.3~20.0μg/m L内呈良好的线性关系;最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇、料液比1∶40、超声波提取时间70 min、提取温度70℃;丝瓜藤中齐墩果酸的含量为3.82 mg/g。优化的提取工艺可靠性强,提取效率高。该法测定丝瓜藤中齐墩果酸含量稳定、快速、简便。
Method for quantitative determination of Oleanolic Oleanolic Acid in vine of Luffa was established by using orthogonal Acid to obtain the optimal technology of extraction experiment with extraction rate of Oleanolic Acid as index, and the content of Oleanolic Acid was determined. The concentration and absorbance of Oleanolic Acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.3 ± 20. 0 μg· mL-1 and the linear equation was Y = 0. 0627X-0. 0287 (r = 0. 9979, n = 6) . The best technical condition was as follows: 75% alcohol, ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 40, the extraction time was 70 min, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃. The quantitative determination of Oleanolic Acid in vine of Luffa was 3.82 mg · g-1 The optimum extraction conditions had a good reliability and high extraction rate. The method used for the determination of the Oleanolic Acid in vine and leaves of Luffa appears to be stable, quick and simple.
