Ru-Pd双金属负载型催化剂催化吡啶偶联合成2,2'-联吡啶

Synthesis of 2,2'-bipyridine by Pyridine Coupling Catalyzed by Ru-Pd Bimetallic Supported Catalysts

摘要 制备了Ru-Pd双金属负载催化剂,系统考察了工艺条件对吡啶脱氢偶联合成2,2'-联吡啶反应活性的影响。结果表明,Ru-Pd双金属负载催化剂对吡啶脱氢偶联反应有较高的催化活性;5wt%Ru-3wt%Pd/Al2O3在催化剂用量1.0 g,DMAC用量80 g,反应温度250℃,反应时间48 h条件下催化20 g吡啶偶联反应,原料吡啶转化率可达54.6%;2,2'-联吡啶收率达52.5%。该方法合成2,2'-联吡啶工艺中原料无需经吡啶氯化过程,是一条原材料成本较低,节能环保,易于工业化的合成路线。 Ru- Pd double metal load catalyst was prepared, the affect of process conditions on the pyridine dehydrogenation coupling reaction to 2,2'-dipyridyl of activity was studied scientifically. The results showed that Ru-Pd bimetallic catalyst to pyridine dehydrogenation coupling reaction had high catalytic activity with 1.0 g 5wt% Ru-3wt% Pd/A12 03 catalyst, under the condition of DMAC dosage of 80 g, reaction temperature of 250 ~C, reaction time of 48 h and 20 g pyridine coupling reactions, pyridine raw material conversion could reach 54. 6% , 2,2'-dipyridyl yield was 52.5%. The way to synthesis of 2,2'-dipyridyl without via the process of pyridine chloride has low cost of raw materials with energy conservation, environmental protection, is easy to be industrialized synthetic route.
