Analysis and Thinking on the Management of Large-scale Equipments in the Independent Colleges

大型仪器设备作为高等学校教学与科研工作中的重要科技资源,是学校硬件设备综合实力的体现,也是实现科技创新的必备条件。如何科学地管理好、使用好大型仪器设备,使其发挥出最大效益,一直是很多设备管理工作者关注思考的问题。金陵学院结合自身发展特点,分析了大型仪器使用和管理中存在的问题,分别从加强大型仪器设备管理制度、提高实验技术人员的业务素质的培养以及资源共享,加强校企合作与对外交流等三方面对实验室的管理提出了一系列的措施。

Large-scale equipment is the important scientific and technological resources in terms of teaching and research work in the universities. It can reflect the comprehensive competence of the college to a certain extent, which is prerequisite to achieve scientific and technological innovation. The equipment managers have been concerned about how to scientifically manage and make full use of this large-scale equipment to achieve the maximum benefit. By combining with characteristics of Jinling College own development, the problems existing in the use of large equipment and management were analyzed. A series of measures for equipment managers were proposed to strengthen management system of large- scale equipment, improve the professional quality of experimental technicians training and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and outward communication by resource sharing.
