阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎疗效评价

Efficacy of amoxicillin combined with metronidazole on treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的观察阿莫西林联合甲硝唑对慢性牙周炎的临床治疗疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月收治的慢性牙周炎患者150例,随机分为联合用药组、阿莫西林组和甲硝唑组,每组50例。观察比较各组治疗前后的疗效和龈沟液IL-1β、TNF-a的变化情况。结果治疗后,各组牙龈菌斑指数（PLI）、探诊出血指数（BOP）、附着水平（AL）和牙周袋深度（PD）值和治疗前比较均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且联合组均低于其他两组（P〈0.05）;联合组显效率为74.0%,总有效率为94%,均高于其他两组（P〈0.05）。治疗后联合组龈沟液IL-1β、TNF-a含量均低于其他两组（P〈0.05）。结论阿莫西林和甲硝唑联合用药能更有效的缓解慢性牙周炎的各种症状,改善炎症因子的状况,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of amoxicillin combined with metronidazole on the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into a drug combination group, an amoxicillin group and a metronidazole group（n =50, respectively）. The efficacy and the changes in IL-1β and TNF-a before and after the treatment were observed and compared. Results The PLI, BOP, AL and PD after the treatment in the three groups were much lower than those before the treatment（P〈0.05）, and such indexes in the drug combination group were lower than those in the other two groups（P〈0.05）; the obvious effective rate in the drug combination group was 74.0% and ORR 94%, which were higher than those in the other two groups（P〈0.05）. The IL-1β and TNF-a after the treatment in the drug combination group were lower than those in the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of amoxicillin and metronidazole can effectively alleviate the symptoms of chronic periodontitis and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors, shows a remarkable efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
