Oral document resource plays a significant and valuable role in historical and scientific research. The construction of oral document resource is one of the important responsibilities of university library because universities have big advantages in literature resources. This article investigates and analyzes the development process, values, and the contributions to development of library of oral document resource, which can provide enlightenment and reference for the construction of oral document resource among university libraries.
