摘要
运用理论研究方法,诠释了数据、信息、知识与情报四个基本概念,分析了四者之间的逻辑关系,剖析了四者之间的相互影响与作用机理,构建了数据、信息、知识与情报转化模型,拟为情报工作者提供决策参考。
Applying theoretical research methods, this article interprets the four basic concepts of data, information, knowledge and intelligence, and analyzes the logical relationship as well as interaction and mechanism among them. Meanwhile, it constructs a transformation model of the four, which provide a reference for information personnel.
