摘要
从组织管理、网络培训、馆内培训、校内培训与发展四个方面对美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校图书馆员培训与发展实践进行详细的介绍与分析。总结其经验并结合我国高校图书馆现状,对我国高校图书馆员培训与发展研究提出四个方面的建议:馆员培训与发展部门角色的重新定位;高校图书馆区域联合,共建馆员网络学习社区;整合图书馆员MOOC学习资源,促进馆员继续教育;重视心理契约建设,为馆员提供职业生涯规划。
The librarian training and development in University of Illinois libraries at Urbana- Champaign is introduced from 4 aspects: organization and management, online training, internal training in the library, internal training in the university and development. Summarizing the experience and combining with the present situation of domestic university library, this paper puts forward 4suggestions on the librarian training and development: re- orientation of librarian training and development division, cooperation of university library in order to establish online training community, integration of MOOC resources, paying attention to psychological contract and supporting the career planning of librarians.
