抗U1RNP抗体检测在系统性红斑狼疮中的应用价值

The application value of anti U1RNP antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨抗U1RNP抗体检测在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的应用价值。方法回顾性选择187例SLE患者为研究对象,其中抗U1RNP抗体阳性的患者62例为观察组,抗U1RNP抗体阴性患者125例为对照组。比较两组临床表现、自身抗体、免疫球蛋白和补体水平。结果抗U1RNP抗体阳性的SLE患者口腔溃疡、发热、关节炎和雷诺现象的发生率明显高于抗U1RNP抗体阴性的患者(P<0.05);抗U1RNP抗体阳性可伴有抗ds DNA抗体阳性率增高,C3和C4含量降低(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者抗U1RNP抗体阳性者的临床表现和免疫学指标变化具有不同的特点,抗U1RNP抗体检测在SLE诊断中具有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of anti U1RNP antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Retrospectively selected 187 cases of SLE patients, including 62 anti U1RNP antibody positive patients for the observation group, the anti U1RNP antibody negative patients 125 cases for the control group. The differences of clinical manifestations, autoantibodies, immunoglobulin and complement of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The occurrences ulcers, fever, arthritis, and Raynaud′s symptoms were significantly higher in the anti U1RNP antibody positive patients than the negative patients （P〈0.05）; anti U1RNP antibodies were associated with the higher anti dsDNA antibody positive rate, and lower C3 and C4 levels （P〈0.05）. Conclusion SLE patients with anti U1RNP antibody positive have different characteristics in clinical and immunological parameters, and therefore anti-U1RNP antibodies could be used in the diagnosis of SLE.
