基于ZigBee技术的太阳能辐射采暖监控系统设计

摘要 现有的太阳能地板辐射采暖控制系统存在智能化程度不高,不能充分利用太阳能集热器热能等诸多问题。因此设计一款基于ZigBee技术的高效、安全、智能化控制系统。装置采用TFT触摸屏为操控终端,采用模块化功能结构设计。白天能够根据外界光照强度自动启动和停止外循环结构,夜间及阴天自动启动内循环及电辅热系统。结果表明,电辅热启动期间可以根据用户需求任意设定供暖房间和供暖时间,达到动态供暖,有效节约电能并且最大程度上保证了室内温度的舒适平稳。 The available solar floor radiant heating control system has low intelligent level, and can't fully utilize thermal energy of the solar collector. Therefore, an efficient, safe and intelligent control system based on ZigBee technology was de- signed. The TFT touch screen is adopted in the system as the control terminal. The modular function structure is employed in the system design. The system can automatically start or stop the outside loop according to the external illumination intensity in the daytime, and automatically start the inner loop and auxiliary electric heating system at night and in the cloudy day. The heating room and heating time can be arbitrarily set during the auxiliary electric heating according to the user demand, so as to achieve the dynamic heating, save the electric energy effectively, and ensure the comfort and stable indoor temperature to the maximum extent.
