摘要 高校辅导员职业幸福感的内涵包含对自我效能感和职业认同感的肯定、对实现价值及职业发展的期待、对身心健康水平与社会支持的要求、对工作保障和教研参与的支持等层面内容,基于高校辅导员职业幸福感水平的现状调查,提出可从精神生活、教育发展、社会认可、学习研究、实际需求等五个方面重建高校辅导员职业幸福感。 The connotation of the professional happiness of university counselors includes the recognition of self-capacity and professional self-identity,the expectation of realizing self-value and professional development,the requirement of physically and mental health and social support,the support of job security and teaching-researching activities,etc.This paper was based on the professional happiness investigation of university counselors,and five aspects were proposed to rebuild the professional happiness of university counselors,which were mental life,education development,social recognition,study research and reality demand.
