医学生依法表达诉求是医学生与学校、社会三方之间信息传递和反馈的桥梁,具有非理性、易冲突、多样化和非均衡性的特征。我国现有法律制度的规定凸显了重视医学生依法表达诉求的合法性和必要性。通过对医学生切身利益、学校民主管理、国家政治与社会公益三方面诉求内容的表达方式进行调查,分析目前医学生依法表达诉求的现状和存在问题,并提出积极教育,合理限制;依法保障,健全制度;提高能力,拓宽渠道等方面的优化建议。

The demand expression of medical students is the bridge between medical students,school and society,which features with non-rationality,confliction,diversity and unbalance.The law system of our country highlights the importance of the legitimacy and necessity of medical students to express their legal demand.According to the investigation of medical students' demands in self-interests,school democratic management,national political and social public welfare,the situation and problems of medical students demand expression were analyzed.And several optimizing suggestions were proposed to improve the education mechanism of medical students' legal demand expression,such as positive education,reasonable restrictions,law support,system improvement,ability improvement,channel exploitation,etc.
